Unfortunately, setting up an automatic backup solution can be tough. This is why our company offers you our Optional Managed Services solution – we promise to keep a complete backup copy of your VPS web hosting service, not just of your websites and hosted content, but of all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts run each week, preserving all the customizations that you’ve made during that time period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a Linux Virtual Private Server, you will have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. But, certain scripts are harder to install and might require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Managed Services option can come in real handy. It includes 30 minutes of installation & troubleshooting procedures – which means you can basically employ one of our knowledgeable server administrators for 30 minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any software that you need. Or have him fix a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an optional feature for our KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
